The United States’ National Basketball Association (NBA) teams along with UNICEF USA & UNICEF Ethiopia delegates visit Hilina Foods Factory on Sunday, July 30, 2017.
NBA players CJ McCullough, Rondae Hollis Jefferson and Rushia Brown was joined by Dikembe Mutombo, former NBA All-Star, member of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF Executive Board of Directors and NBA Global Ambassador, and Caryl Stern, president and CEO of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF along with other delegates of UNICEF USA & UNICEF Ethiopia.
The aim of the visit was to oversee the nutrition product supplier facility in Ethiopia as its part of nutrition programs supported by UNICEF.
“What a treat to see that dream come true!” said Caryl Stern, CEO of UNICEF USA. The visitors were contented with what they have witnessed & encourage Hilina Foods to continue working hard for more progress.
